Begin by filling out the Custom Jewelry Inquiry form so I can get a sense of the scope of the project. Add as much detail and reference material as possible - this will come in handy later!

After reviewing your ideas, I’ll reach out via email to schedule an initial consultation. Depending on your preferences, we can work together through email, video call, or if you’re local to the Philly area we can plan to meet in-person.

Once we align on project details, you will receive a Project Overview and an invoice for a non-refundable $250 Design + CAD Fee - this fee is required to begin the CAD design process. You can expect to receive CAD renderings in the next 1-2 weeks. Detailed renderings allow you to visualize your project as it takes shape, giving you confidence before the final piece is brought to life. Some projects go through several rounds of CAD revisions before landing on the perfect design.

Upon approval of your custom renderings, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total cost of the project *the $250 Design + CAD fee is applied to this. At this point, I’ll begin sourcing materials for your project (castings, diamonds, gemstones, chains, findings, etc.).

Depending on the timeline for material sourcing, production can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks, though it typically will not exceed 6 weeks. If you have a specific need-by date in mind for your piece, please communicate this in your initial Inquiry Form.

Upon completion of production, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% balance of your project. Once your invoice is paid in-full, I will photograph your finished piece and ship it to your preferred address, or you can schedule a time for in-person pickup. Packages will be fully insured, and you will receive tracking information to ensure it arrives safely!
