Begin by filling out the Bespoke Jewelry Inquiry form so I can get a sense of the scope of the project. Add as much detail and reference material as possible - this will come in handy later!

After reviewing your ideas, I’ll reach out via email to schedule an initial consultation. Depending on your preferences, we can work together through email, video call, or if you’re local to the Philly area we can plan to meet in-person.

Once we align on project details, you will receive a project overview and an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to get started on the next phase of the project. The other 50% will be due upon the project’s completion.

At this point, I’ll begin sourcing materials for your project (diamonds, gemstones, chains, findings, etc.). You can expect to receive CAD renderings in the next 1-3 weeks depending on the timeline for material sourcing. Detailed renderings allow you to visualize your piece as it takes shape, giving you confidence before the final piece is brought to life.

Upon your approval of the CAD renderings, production of your project will begin. You can expect your finished piece within the next 4-6 weeks.

Once your invoice is paid in-full, I will photograph your finished piece and then ship it to your preferred address, or you can schedule a time for in-person pickup. Packages will be fully insured, and you will receive tracking information to ensure it arrives safely!
